Observations: xkb and m17n keymaps together appearing in "input sources" section in "Region and Language" page. Default hi-inscript mim already added. There is quick input source removal button next
to its list entry. The m17n maps still can't be shown using "Show Keyboard Layout".

For Russian locale, with ru input source, CTRL+SHIFT & SPACE doesn't let the emoji box appear on the screen. Looks nothing is getting effected with the mentioned key press. Not reported any new BZ
