I started to update the previous Fedora installation from 31 to 32 and 33 and everything was normal. With the exception of having noticed that the user starts installing software during the
upgrade
may affect RPMBUILDDB and the upgrade downloads may fail.

1.
Test 1 failed, rebooted to multiple failed services and hung with no desktop, no single user access - did not appear to finish the upgrade process successfully. Test 2 was clean install using ext4 on
existing lvm-on-luks and upgrade worked. Only issue I'm seeing is that there is a significant delay in booting the new upgraded version.
