MSI MAG B850M MORTAR WIFI, AMD Ryzen 7 9700X, AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT (RDNA4), Fedora 44 Workstation, GNOME/Wayland, UEFI Secure Boot enabled, no LUKS, no out-of-tree modules. kernel-7.2.2-300.fc44.x86_64 [1] [2] [1] Overall PASS. modsign passed: signed module loaded, unsigned module rejected in enforcing mode, with Secure Boot enabled. Three tests reported SKIP, but only one is system-specific: paxtest and libhugetlbfs have an unconditional "exit 3" at the top of runtest.sh, so they are disabled in the kernel-tests repository itself. memfd is a build failure rather than a kernel issue: memfd_test.c does not compile on F44 because fcntl(), open() and fallocate() are called without including <fcntl.h>, and current GCC treats implicit function declarations as errors.
[2] Running kernel-7.2.2-300.fc44.x86_64 as a daily driver for three days, no issues. Mesa 26.2.2 from the Terra repository, not stock Fedora. Podman containers work fine, including GPU passthrough to a ROCm container (gfx1200 detected, model loaded fully into VRAM). Suspend/resume, display and general desktop use all behave as expected.
